It sounds like you are force synchronizing your device and app every morning. This should be an automatic process that takes place after you’ve connected the device and the app the first time. Fitbit recommends that you keep the app open in the background of your device (i.e., don’t close the app on your phone) for a better and more reliable synchronizing experience. You may want to try this if you aren’t doing it already.
It doesn’t sound right that if the device is reading your heart beat while sleeping, it is not logging your sleep. Maybe try opening your Fitbit account online to see if the missing sleep data is there. If there is, then the issue might be on your mobile device (i.e., your phone or smart watch); in which case, you may want to try disconnecting and reconnecting your Fitbit device to your mobile device again to see if that helps.

Sorry that I can’t be more helpful, but I’m not an expert on this. These are just some thoughts.

Same here. I followed all of the steps and nothing. It is like I never went to bed. No sleep data at all. So frustrating...

I did all of those. Fitbit was snug. Didn't do anything different than any other dau, but nothing in my sleep for last night. Followed all the steps and still nothing.

Hi my Fitbit hasn’t registered my data at all so not sure about the syncing as there is no data to sync. It has tracked my steps. It’s the first time this has happened and want to check this isn’t an issue others have been facing. Thanks

You could try resetting the device. See if that resolves the issue. Your device manual should include steps for resetting.

Thank you. I’ll give that a go.

Hello,

I performed these steps and they didn’t work for me.  I also completely uninstalled the app, reinstalled, and setup Versa again and sleep data still won’t sync.  Please help.

I tried all the steps of restarting my iPhone, Versa 2 watch, app, etc, to no avail. I decided to manually enter my sleep, and lo and behold, my Fitbit sleep cycle appears.
