Last Sunday I changed phone provider and SIM. Since then my Fitbit Flex has not been picked up by bluetooth on my iphone 7 and so hasn't synced. The Flex is still working, still vibrates when I hit my 10k steps, still charges up.
I have turned bluetooth on and off several times.
I have turned my phone on and off several times.
I have deleted the app and reinstalled it several times.
I have reset my Flex several times.
I have done the above in various different combinations!
Please, please can someone help?
