Fitbit won't pair/ sync as of Feb. 1 2022 -Samsung Galaxy S10

Everything was working fine until 9am on Tuesday February 1 2022.

I have restart my phone; uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but it's not recognized in the Bluetooth, so it's not logging my steps.

Mine last Synced on February 4, 2022 at 4:07p is what the app says. Even after following the steps given.

Hi @Rocquel @CeCe18

My 'quick fix' usually works if it doesn't I move on to the Help Article

Syncing Quick Fix

Go to bluetooth on your phone and unpair your tracker from the list if it is listed. Turn off Bluetooth and restart your phone.

Then Restart your Tracker

Once that is done go back to your phone and turn bluetooth on again (but DON'T try to pair your Tracker in Bluetooth settings). Go to the Fitbit App and try syncing.

If that doesn't work try ALL the ideas in THIS Help Article on syncing problems. Good luck!

My charging cable doesn't have a button on it to rest my pill. Is there another way to reset the device?
