I’ve tried deleting heart rate data and readjusted my band. How can I get my Fitbit to record heart rate and sleep details?

Flex 2 does not have track heart rate; it does not have the sensor for that.

If by "Sleep details", you mean sleep stages, cannot get them without heart rate.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
