Hi,
My Flex 2 was flat and when I went to charge it, all the lights are flashing but it won’t charge. I have tried restarting (nothing happens) and re-adding it as a new device but the app just keeps saying “searching” and can’t find it.
Can you help?

Exact same thing happened to mine yesterday, (1/6/2020). Fitbit support offered me 25% on a new one.
This is unacceptable; lots of people having the same issue, appears to have been done on purpose.
I won't be purchasing Fitbit again.

I too have this problem, occurred yesterday (5/1/2020). No issues prior. This is my second flex 2 as my first was faulty and they replaced free of charge. Conveniently that was 3/12/2018 so mine is only just out of warranty! Not happy 2 Fitbit’s in 2 years. Disappointing as they had such a good reputation!

i am yet to receive a response from them which is really disappointing. but a number of people have the same problem and the solution they were provided was to buy a new model at a sale price!

ha at least you got a response, i haven't had a reply at all. I wont get another one either
