Dear Fitbit community support,
I have been using Fitbit trackers for last 6 years extremely happy with all of them. This is the first time I got disappointed. I bought a Flex 2 a week ago. Its getting fully charged in 2 hours (4 white lights and 1 green light), as expected. But it is discharging (to 5 % or even shut down) in max 36 hours. I waited for 3 charging cycles, hoping to see some improvement. Unfortunately no. Whats the issue here ? Who can help me ? The sole purpose I bought Flex 2 is to avoid frequent charges.
