Hi. After a software update my flex 2 will not connect to the app or bluetooth and when plugged in to charge has all 4 white lights and one pink flashing. The reset does not work to fix this. Have seen others have had this problem over the years - was there a ver a fix sorted?

I have the same exact thing. I was on the phone with the help desk and went through plugging charger into my computer, pressing the button on the charger three time with a 5 second wait between presses, plus turning bluetooth on and then off to see if that helped. This is the second Fitbit Flex I’ve had and they don’t last, maybe by design. I like that this is simple, with a pebble and a thin band. I don’t want a lot of functions—just step count. I find it odd that others are having this problem. Maybe a recent upgrade didn’t consider Flex2 since it is a discontinued model. I am very disappointed with Fitbit about this and how their products don’t last past a couple years.

I’m having the same issue! Looking through the forum, it looks like this happened June of last year, too! Fitbit took awhile to respond and when they did, they didn’t recognize the issue. This is my second Fitbit and neither has lasted much over 2 years, if that! I’m super annoyed because I JUST bought new bands since my old one broke 🙄
