Flex 2 is not syncing to my iPhone

For some reason my flex 2 will not sync with I phone, it is very disappointing as I love my Fitbit but my Apple Watch is also important for syncing with my phone… ugh I’m so mad Apple stopped supporting the device!!

I believe the new version of the app has completely smashed Flex2 users. I am experiencing all sorts of things ... and of course, Fitbit does not really want to look into this.
