Flex 2- not charging and all lights (4 white and 1 pink) are flashing when on charger.

I tried to reset by pushing bottom on charger but it will not vibrate so it didn’t work.

Also, I turned off Bluetooth on my phone then turned it back on- still didn’t work.

I clicked “ forget this device” on the app and then tried to reinstall but now it can’t find the device!

Any other suggestions?

Hi @Catsmeow40 Sadly, as the device won't restart there is really nothing else you can try. It sounds like your flex 2 is dying. Sorry

Same issue here! My flex 2 lights keep flashing now and doesn't respond to any charging or restart.. any suggestions how to solve this problem?

I have the same issue, just happens today. I’ve also tried forgetting the device and restarting it but now I can’t connect it back! Did anyone manage to resolve this?

Same problem here with Fitbit Flex 2.  5 flashing light and it will not reset.  I am gutted.  Has anyone found a solution?
