I wrote here asking for help a week ago, (4-18-'20) explaining that when I walk it doesn't show distance or the map correctly. The distance shows a fraction of a mile when I've walked much more, and the map has parts of the walk missing and draws straight lines (through peoples houses and over walls...) where it should be following streets.
The other day I noticed that when I started the app it showed Time as 0:-18:-3 (which is wrong!). I started it over twice and it showed other times just as wrong - see screen shot. On the 3rd start over it showed time correctly. BUT the total time and the map were wrong just as my previous post a week ago here,
The phone is a Moto G7 about 4 months new, and I've been using the Flex 2 and the Fitbit app since November 2017

I had a similar problem, to fix mine I tried updating the app, updating the firm wear on my device, and log out and back as well as reseting my device which fixed my problem
