Flex 2 not working after been disconnected from the charger

The Fitbit flex 2 is lighting up and syncing on to my iPhone only when connected along with the charger and once removed either partially or fully charged there is no response from the device (totally dead). No lights or doesn’t even get detected on my iPhone. 

Tried resetting the flex 2 by following the steps and it successfully happens as per the instructions.

 

how do I fix the issue?

Hi @Nish12345 It sounds like your Flex 2 is unfortunatly dying. Restarting is the only 'cure' there is, and if that doesn't work then there is nothing you can do. Sorry

Hey thanks for the reply nelly. 

so u mean I just have throw the device ? But any clue y does this happen? It’s not much used also
