My fitbit flex 2 died a few days ago while I was away from home and didn't have my charger. I charged it last night and disconnected it when I woke up this morning, there's only a blinking blue light rather than the normal flashing white lights on the pebble, and it won't sync to my phone. My app is up to date if that helps, and I already tried disconnecting and reconnecting the Bluetooth to my phone with no change.

I'm also wondering what does the blue light mean since I have the same problem.

And me too - I tried everything to reset it, but still just getting the single blue light...........

Has anyone gotten an answer about this? I’m having the same problem, blue flashing light, no sync. Restarted the Fitbit several times and still the same result. Can someone post a response please?

Clearly we're not that important after all................ I've gone through the whole list of Troubleshooting Steps and still nothing.

I found this on a different post in this forum and it worked for me. Here is a link to the thread. https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Flex-Flex-2/Blue-light/td-p/4241905

Fitbit turns them off to make you buy a new one. google search "fitbit stopped working scam". you'll call them, they'll say they arent sure and provide no support, and then send you a 35% off email. Mine "stopped working" about 4 months ago. single blue light. no sync, no tracking, no charge.
