I've stopped using it as quite regularly it stops synchronising with my Android phone. I've started using it again as I'm doing a challenge at work. Four days in (Thu) I thought it was odd my step count was so low but didn't realise until today (Sat) when I went to the FitBit app to log my step count on the challenge page that I had 0 steps on Fri. The app stopped tracking on Thu at 1.42pm. I've reset the pebble and turned Bluetooth off and on, so it's now synced again. I have thought a few times about upgrading it but I only really want a basic tracker. Does anyone else have so many issues with syncing please?

Hi, @SunsetRunner , sync problems are not uncommon, but are usually easily solved. Your Flex 2 will store your basic (steps) data for up to 30 days, so even if it doesn’t sync for several days you should not lose your data.
If your Flex 2 is temporarily not syncing automatically, you can go to your app and click on “sync now”. If that doesn’t force a sync, then logging out of the app and logging back in again will usually do the trick.
As you have seen, restarting the Fitbit and toggling Bluetooth off and on again are other steps you can take.
if you decide to upgrade, I can recommend the Inspire 2. It is not quite as delicate as the Flex 2, because it includes a watch face, but it is still reasonably dainty. It does have more features than the Flex 2, but of course you do not necessarily need to make use of these (though you might find them addictive!). It is very simple to use. My 90 year old mother has no problem with hers.
I hope this helps!
