Flex 2 stopped syncing to my Galaxy phone

My Flex 2 has stopped syncing to my Galaxy phone, it still works on my wrist. Have tried all online suggestions to no avail, even tried the web chat which gets you to type in your problem and totally ignores you until you end the chat and then it THANKS you for chatting!!!!! Any suggestions different to one online? Please.

Hi @gardink  which phone? I have Samsung Galaxy S8 and it works well. This article says what to try with trouble syncing - click to read. It helps on the forum to know which phone and what you've tried, so we don't suggest it again.

It is a Galaxy A20e, all worked fine until July10th, now stuck on gathering data and failure to sync, do not know what changed and have tried everything suggested at least 2 times!!

worked until yesterday, still registers sleep , water , calories just not steps
