Went to a water park for a few hours came home and noticed that it was off. I thought the battery died so I plugged it to the charger. All lights lit up and than turned off. It did manage to sync my steps but since than it won't turn on. I tried to do the 3 button reset but nothing happens. Any ideas?

edit: my apologies. My first response was incorrect.

It does sound like water damage even though the Flex 2 should be ok at a water park. It's worth putting it in rice anyway and if that doesn't work then it would be worth contacting customer support to check your warranty options.

Apparently Flex 2 is not water proof.

Claire: It's only water-resistant and not water proof
