My flex 2 is only charged upto 25% even after being charged till 3-4 hours.....it hasn't been used since 5 yrs....and this is the first time I'm using it.

Hi @Divyanshi_23  these devices do die. Five years and it hasn't been used, you'll need to baby it and be patient to see if it can revive. You have the original charger that came with it? You will want to do a restart of the device - click for instructions - and see if that gets it moving along. A trick I used on the old Flex was to unplug it, wait a half hour, then plug it back in. Usually it worked for me.
