Flex 2 won't sync since I updated thea Fitbit app on my Android

Since I updated the Fit bit app on my android yesterday, my Flex 2 won't sync. The Flex 2 is charged. Does anyone know how to get my Flex 2 to sync after the app update?

Hi @Julesaccord What phone are you using? Is it on the Supported Devices List  ?

Try all the suggeations in THIS Help Article on syncing problems.

I have a Samsung Galaxy 7. My Flex 2 was working fine until I updated the app. I can't even set up a new device to my app. Is that because I am using a device I already had linked?

Hi again. You should be able to set up the same device to your account. Have you removed it from your account? If you havent done it already then please dont - that complicates things!

I would suggest you restart your flex 2 several times and uninstall the app and then reinstall it on your phone and try syncing again. Also try all the troubleshoots in the article I linked above.

You might also try restarting, or better yet shut the phone off. 

Remove the Fitbit app. And install a fresh copy.

I have an apple and it did the same thing. I’m mad. That’s my lifeline to my diabetes control. I it doesn’t get fixed I’ll hate to have to change to something that won’t be obsolete when some update come along.
