My Flex2 was not having any problems syncing with my Motorola smart phone. My new Samsung smartphone is unable to sync with the Flex 2. In trying to set it up, it constantly buffers and doesn't synch. Idea?

Hi @appleannie2 Try restarting your Flex 2. If that doesnt help then try THIS Help Article on Syncing problems.

You do not need to setup the tracker to your fitbit asccount when changing phones @appleannie2.
Is the old phone still around and turned on? If so, on the old phone, log off in the fitbit app. Then remove the Flex 2 from the phones Bluetooth.
Alternatively. If the old phone is around and turns on. Use this phone to setup the Flex 2 to your fitbit account. Use WiFi. Now turn off the old phones Bluetooth.
Let's go back to the new phone. Now if the tracker doesn't sync, we have a sync problem, not a setup problem.
