Flex 2 won't track my swimming activity

Fitbit flex 2 cannot get it to record swimming after a break of 2 years

would like advice on better Fitbit which will record lengths and show on my wrist rather than having to wait till I come out of pool and read on my phone

Hi @Sofedup if You want your flex 2 to recognise your swims try several restarts and see if that fixes it.  Restart your Tracker  

To the second part of your question. Unfortunately there are no current Fitbits that show your lap count on your wrist. There used to be, but it is sadly not something Fitbit has included in its later models. If you can settle for laps in the app later then any of Fitbits Trackers or Smart Watches will do that.
