I have had my Fitbit Flex 2 for a while now and I love the product! This past week though it has started randomly vibrating nonstop and will keep going until it loses charge completely. It then takes forever to charge back up where as before it used to take a couple of hours. I am not able to figure out what the problem is. I have read up on forums to reset it, unsync it and disconnect it from phone Bluetooth. I have tried everything but nothing works. Please help!

Hi @AlvaroFitbit . I am having the same issues with my Fitbit Flex 2 as @Shkmd . The same nonstop vibrating until the pebble's charge is depleted started just last week. It also won't fully charge anymore.
@Shkmd was the support team able to solve your Flex 2's problems?

Hi @AlvaroFitbit , No, the support team was unable to solve my issue. They asked me to buy a new device as they wouldn’t be able to reimburse me for the issue 😞
Sorry, @JoOnTheGo71 I can't give you good news.

Thanks for letting me know@Shkmd .
Such a bummer. It was just so beautifully designed and simultaneously unobtrusive. 😔

@Shkmd I reached out to our team and they informed me that your device was outside the warranty period. Support does follow the guidelines described in the warranty so if your device is outside the warranty period they won't be able to replace it. Still thank you for sharing your feedback.

This happened to my Charge 4 and they are now offering 35% off new one. This is my 3 fitbit. Both my Charge 3 and 4 lasted about 18 months! terrible!

Hi AlvaroFitbit
This is my 3rd pair of fitbit flex 2 and this is the first time I am encountering this concern. So do I let the battery run out?
