Flex battery keeps dying within a day or so

I've tried all of the suggestions for getting the battery to hold a charge including charging from my computer's USB port, cleaning heads, etc. and still having problems. What is going on with it??

Hi @QueenCaffeine,

 

How long have you had your Flex?  It may be time to upgrade if it's more than a few years old.
