Flex battery won't hold a charge

can I use another flex that I never used? If so will I lose all my data when I switch to a new never used Flex?

Hi @NSPDAM  your history is tied to your account, not your actual device. Just set up the new Flex following these directions - click to read - and your history will continue. You'll set up as a new device on an existing account. Your unused Flex might need to be updated and restarted, but you already know how to do all that. I loved my Flex, too!
