General range of faults

Over the last few weeks my fitbit has developed a range of faults 

1) it won't synch, it says no device found 

2) if I am on a walk it often refuses to synch because 'no Internet connection' 

3) some days it loses my data and I have no steps

I have been in contact with fitbit 'help', with no improvement. 

I am regularly 

1) resetting my flex 2

2) 'force stop' the app

3) uninstalling app, turning phone off and on again and then reinstalling

 

This usually resolves the problem but I shouldn't have to do it routinely on nearly a daily basis. I have had my fitbit for some time, but my current experience is putting me off another
