Hi there, I updated my Fitbit App yesterday and since then it won't sync at all. Every time I open the app it says "hang tight, we're cleaning things up for you" but never gets more than 1/10th of the way, no matter how many hours I leave it open! I've tried closing it down, switching the iPhone off and on again. I've tried switching off the Bluetooth and then on again and it's not seeing the device at all. I don't want to delete the app and lose all my data. I'm not sure how to manually sync the device via my laptop (windows 10), I can't see an option to do this when I log into my account. Let me know if you can help, thanks so much 🙂

Hi @SunshineSammy,
You can delete the app and not lose any data. The data is stored on the Fitbit servers, so once you log into your account again, all your information will be there.
Short of that, is your app up to date?
