I have recently purchased a Flex 2 and made many attempts to pair it with my Redmi 7 but in vain.  Anyone can help?

Hi @msjoanna  I don't see your phone on the list of compatible devices - click to view.  The Flex 2 was retired a while ago and was replaced by the Inspire family of devices.
