Last week I turned off all-day sync. After a few days I turned it back on, but even with all-day sync on, the Hourly Activity data on the dashboard always shows 0 hours. If I tap on this to see details, the correct stats for Hourly Activity show up. But not on the main dashboard. Also, all the Hourly Activity stats for all days in the past now show nothing whereas they were updated correctly before I turned off/on all-day sync. I have restarted my Flex 2 3 times and also restarted my iPhone but this has not helped .

That is annoying! Try uninstalling the Fitbit app, restart your phone and then reinstall the app. See if that fixes it. Let us know how you go.

Having the same problem. I just did this and it did not solve the problem. I have had this thing 2 days. My first fitness tracker. Considering sending it back and replacing it with something that works properly.
