How do I find out what Fitbit I have?

I have been given a Fitbit but have no idea which one it is how do I find out? Thanks

Could you let me know what fitbit i have, please?? My fitbit kinda looks like a Flex, but i don't think it is. I tried hooking up to the Flex on the app, but when it was searching it couldn't find it at all. So i tried doing the things it said like keeping other trackers away, charge it, or , but it still didn't work. So, i don't think it's a Flex, it looks like it though. Please, help me as soon as possible!

I have a Fitbit VersaLite...bought an upgraded Versa for my husband and it came with no charger!  My VersaLite charger won’t work!  Any ideas what I bought??  Thx for all replies..

could not identify my fitbit here. Maybe it is no fitbit after all?? It has the usb connection at the side inside the wristband. I would upload a pic but the site says i don't have permission.

Thank you so much for your help!  My son was in from Arizona and sad it was a knock-off and I was robbed!  Not a Fitbit!  😞

If my Fitbit is synced to the app, can I find out what model it is?  I need a new band.  Although mine is so old I am not sure you even sell replacements.

Hello, I can't seem to find any similar fit bits to mine online and can't work out what model it was. I bought it way back in 2016 so this may be the reason. 

It is rectangular with soft edges and a full screen. It also has a little rectangular home button at the bottom

The Flex has no buttons. @sophlou also every fitbits have there buttons on the side. You can see pictures here,

@Thunderywall you can find photos of the current trackers here. Or post a photo of your tracker in this thread. 

Things to look for,

• the package it came in. 
• Does it have a removable band? 
• Does the band clip on or the tracker slips into the band? 
• Any side buttons? How many? 
• Is the unit square or rectangle? 
• Does it have lights on the back?

Simply mindboggling that Fitbit doesnt put a model number on anything.  The box, the instructions, the Fitbit. 4 yrs after this first question and nothing in that regard has changed.
