How to add new device to existing account and delete old

Have an android. Got a new flex to replace my old one. How do I remove my old one and sync my new. Internet instructions have not helped.

Instructions doesn’t work I want to replace my old device with a new one, and do not loose my records

@Johnelias what problem are you having?

 

Replacing a fitbit with a new one (of the same type) should be just a matter of going into the account section of the app using the same ID and password as you used for the original fitbit and selecting "set up a device". It will ask if you want to replace your original fitbit and will step you through the process. All your data, settings, badges etc will be retained.

Go to your acct then add new device then pick which 1 you have and follow instructions it will work
