I too have a flex that isn't synching

I was working fine yesterday, Oct. 19,2 2020. I installed the new version of the FitBit app and now, my blue tooth can't find the flex (which has a charge) and I can't log into the new app (says my password is bad) and I can't synch. What's up, FitBit. I have had this flex for five years. It's working fine. Please don't make me buy a fancy gadget. Help!!!

Have you restarted the Flex and cleared the cache on your phone?
