I've been lying in the box for 2 years and I can't charge it.

image.jpg They gave this device 2 years ago and so I decided to get it out of the box and I don't understand how to charge it. I connect the device to charging and always only one indicator is on, I tried rebooting it. Help me 🥹

Hi @SergioTver  it's charging when you see a light slowly blinking. As it progresses, more lights will be blinking. Here is the area that has the manual and related help articles - click to go there. Also, being in a box for two years, it's possible the battery has died, so give it time to get charged. Often these dead battery devices will not spring back to life.
