Just tried to order the Flex 2 off the fitbit website for our company wellness program, but it has been taken off the website. Does anyone know if it has been discontinued?

I got the flex 2 for christmas last year. It was perfect for me because I wanted something simple and inconspicuous. After less than half a year, I learned it was defective and would no longer connect to my phone. Fitbit customer support sent me a new one but now I am having the exact same problem with the new one. How can they send me a new one if it has been discontinued? I dont want a different model and I dont want to have to pay the difference. Everyone I know with a fitbit has had to get it replaced for mechanical issued. I'm really disappointed in Fitbit and I probably wont be using their products anymore, even if they can replace my flex 2.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Hollykalous1.

Thank you for joining the thread and sharing your experience with Fitbit Flex 2 tracker. I understand how you are feeling and appreciate your feedback. I would like to confirm that even if a product is not available on fitbit.com, we may still be supporting warranty replacements for these devices if we have current inventory. I understand that you're unable to connect your replacement Flex 2 to your phone and would like to confirm if you've tried the troubleshooting steps from this help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

You can find them on eBay, sometimes even New. I also love the Flex2, and it's the only FitBit I'll wear. I don't want a screen. I hope they will release a Flex3!!

I recently lost my fitbit flex 2; the bands and cargers are on your site, but not the actual device. How whould I go about getting a new one and was there a reason you discontinued the flex 2 or did you want to be like iphone?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Keola.

I am sorry to hear about your lost tracker. I understand your concern and would like to advise that, as we introduce new products, we occasionally make changes to our product line to keep on track with the most up-to-date health and fitness tracking tools. As a result, we no longer sell Flex 2, but I encourage you to take a look at our latest models to find a device that’s right for you.

You can check with our authorized retailers for Flex 2 availability. I've also sent your information to the Customer Support team so they can get in touch with you regarding your lost tracker. You should be getting a reply soon.

Any plans for a Flex 3?

Would like to get for my wife as she wants something subtle that she can wear in water and also doesn't want a screen. May have to look at competitors.

I first got my Flex 2 somewhere in early 2019 as a gift. Since fitbit is considered a premium item in my country leading to me keep on postponing on buying one, this Flex is honestly something good for an introductory tracker because it allows for me to adapt the idea of almost always wear a health-related tracker. I truly hope that the support for this tracker continues, because I know that a lot of people (including myself) prefer this tracker's simplicity and ease of use. And the waterproof feature is definitely something that I love about it. Thank you for reading this.

Dear Fitbit: Work on a Flex 3. I lost the pebble of my Flex2 and wen to Amazon for grins and giggles to see if I could find a replacement. Sure, there is a couple sellers with new ones. $214. So, just think what you could earn if you updated the Flex. Guess I hope I don't lose my spare.

Thank you. I too love the Flex 2. I don’t need to know my heart beat my gps position or whatever else those ugly monstrosities do. I have a stainless steel bangle that mixes in with my other bracelets nicely. No one even knows I’m wearing it.

No actual reason to discontinue.

Why should I have buy another when we have 3.

They should be giving a complimentary one. Pfft 🙄

Long gone now. But you can still find them on sale on eBay etc. I still use this model as I don't want to give up wearing my traditional watches. And I don't need the additional features the newer fitbits offer.
