Due to the auto-detection feature, is it true that the FitBit may begin a sleep log whether or not it is being worn?

Hi @WalkToLive never had that happen to me in close to ten years. I have had it detect sleep when I've been quietly watching a movie or reading a book.

I only mention this bc I have had several sleep logs when I’m not even wearing it.

Hi @WalkToLive I havent had it happen (that I have noticed lol - but I dont always check), but it is more likely to happen with a Flex 2 than a tracker that records heart rate  in my opinion. Certainly people report this from time to time.
