I'm having the same problem with my Inspire HR. It will sync with my Fitbit app but it hasn't counted any steps whatsoever, only my calories burnt. Would love to know how to resolve this.
I have a new FitBit. I set it up but it will not record my steps on the app. The actual FitBit device does have my steps on it. How do I fix through the app. How do I know if it’s syncing?
My fitbit flex is tracking steps just not the right amount. I walked for at least 2 miles today on a nature walk with my family and it says I only walked 157 steps. I walk that much just to go to the bathroom in a day.
