My flex2 resets every day at around 9pm. It also logs all steps as belong to the previous day. So it seems to be about 21 hours behind. I've checked that the timezone and location is correct. Any ideas?

Hi, @Plank85 , it definitely sounds like your Fitbit is somehow in the wrong time zone. I would recommend checking the time zone in the web based program as well as in the app. You can access this via the Community when you are logged in. On the top right of each page click on the link to “Dashboard” and then in the menu top right click on the gear icon and choose “settings”. In the settings menu you will see “time zone”. Check that it is correct. If not change to correct time zone and be sure to sync your Fitbit.
If the time zone settings are correct in the web based programme as well as the app, but you are still having this issue, I would recommend turning off auto time zone and then changing the time zone in the app to any INCORRECT time zone and then sync. Make sure it really does sync. Next, reset the time zone to the CORRECT one and sync once more. Finally, you can turn auto time zone back on.
This procedure should hopefully solve the problem you are having. Good luck and let us know how it goes.
