I think Fitbit is getting rid of the software for the Flex 2 based on all the problems that people are having.
Mine is posting steps and I'm not even wearing it. I bought a new charger because I thought that was the issue but it's still doing it and the new charger doesn't have a reset button. I tried resetting it with the old charger and it wouldn't work.
Is there a way to reset it from my Desktop?

Hi @ILIKETOREAD restarting the Fitbit can only be done via the charger. If you bought a new charger and it doesn't have a button on it, it's not an authentic Fitbit charger. Did you get the charger from Fitbit? There are many third party retailers who sell chargers, but they don't have the restart button.
