From what I understand a list of activities is supposed to come up when trying to manually log an activity, but when I try to search an activity, nothing comes up. In the app I can't add manual activities at all, and in the web browser I can choose from a couple of tiles with common activites like walking and running and that's it. Even typing in the first letter of something brings up no results. What am I missing?

Computer:
Clear your cookies and cache
I type in one letter and get a list of activities
Phone shut it down and go back in and try again. If it does not work sign out of app and go back in
If all else does not work uninstall app. Shut down phone again and go back in and reinstall

Have you checked for Fitbit app updates? Or remove the app and install a clean install of the Fitbit app.

I have, I’m on the latest version and still nothing. The problem appears to be with my account instead of the app because I have the same problem no matter what device or browser I use.
