No longer get green celebration when completing my goals

Hello,

 

I no longer get the green lines celebration when I complete my goals.  Just shows blue filled bubbles.  I have a flex 2, and an iPhone XS which is up to date.  I removed the ap, restarted my phone, and downloaded it.

 

I got nothing.

 

help please!!  I love my exercise party!!
