My silent alarm was working then just stopped. At first I thought it was because I wasn’t close enough to my phone but today again it’s failed. I only have one alarm set. Not being able to rely on it is very frustrating

Thanks for the response. I have a charge 2 so no screen.
It first happened about a week ago and has failed consistently since then - other than this morning it did work. Very odd.
do your instructions still apply? Should I turn the Fitbit off and then back on and will the link to instructions work for charge 2?
