Hey all! I was hoping you guys could help me figure out which fitbit I should get.
I've been using a flex 2 since 2017. Recently, it went missing while charging (I suspect my cat knocked it down the drain). I loved its simplicity.
I'm a lifeguard so I need it to be fine with water, as I cannot pause to remove it during rescues. I also have taken up running and would love one that tracks my HR and steps. I have apps that I use that track my pace and distance, so while those would be nice, they are not needed.
I'm happy to look second hand so your suggestions do not need to be devices that are current. I've seen based on my reading of the sub that some of the newer models, while water resistant, don't stand up to regular swims.
Please help. Back when I got my flex 2, the decision was easy since it was the only waterproof model on the market.

Hi @harta5 Yes, the Flex 2 was an amazing tracker. I don't agree that the newer trackersdont stand up to regulate water e posture. Sure, some have seals that fail, but so did the Flex 2. I would go with the one that appeals to you most in what it offers.the Inspire series and the Luxe are the newest in size, but the larger Fitbits are a.so very good. All Fitbits are now water resistant, and track steps and Heart Rate.
