I haven't used my fitbit in a couple of months. Recently I wanted to start wearing it again so I charged it up and re downloaded the app on my phone. It won't synch with my phone now though.. Is there something differently I need to do?
I contacted Fitbit and they said mine was under warranty and sometimes this happens. Mine was over heating but wouldn’t turn on so best bet is to hop on their chat customer service and they will help you out!
