Tracker says synced, but there's no data on dashboard

My Flex 2 says it is synched....BUT...there is NO recordings to myDashboard for steps, sleep  etc etc etc. Nothing. I have restarted, Reinstalled it as a new product to my account...restarted again...NADA ...

Here are the directions for setting up the tracker - click

 

See if you missed a step, but are you seeing burned calories? If so, you just need to pair the Fitbit to your mobile device or computer.

This is not the answer I have a charge 3 and have been syncing just fine until tonight. It says sync complete but shows no information.

@Mistywaters67  this was posted in July 2017, nearly three years ago and was for a Flex 2. You might want to post your question in the Charge 3 area of the forum or in the Android or iOS area, whichever one best suits your device used to sync.
