my Flex battery keeps flashing 2 dots, side to side...not the sleep mode.  Then it will keep flashing 4 dots, rolling motion.   It was fully charged, but now nothing but the 2 types of patterns showing.  What could be wrong?

Hi there @Flexbands, good to see you around.

I'm sorry to hear you're having this problem with your Fitbit Flex. I'd like to help you out.

This could mean that your tracker got stuck in the middle of a firmware update. What you can do at this point is to give your Flex a quick restart. For this, plug the charging cable to any USB port or UL-certified USB wall charger and remove the pebble from the wristband and put it into the charging cable. Then, insert a paperclip into the small pinhole on the back of the charger for 3-4 seconds and then take the tracker out of the charger and put it into the wristband.

Then, you can proceed to set up your tracker as a new device. This should automatically update any pending firmware on it. For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you need more help with this.

Same issue.  Was fully charged yesterday.  Would not sync this morning.  2 flashing lights alternating on each side of the band.  Received a message that the battery was low and to recharge immediately.
