Unpaired now wont pair agian?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I bought my flex 2 about a month ago, and it was all working great until yesterday. When it started Failing to sync and update stats. From reading advice, I tried turning my phone off and restarting, reinstalling the fitbit app, turning off Bluetooth. None of which worked.

My device now seems to be unpaired from the phone (Samsung j5) and will not find to pair up again. Any help would be much appreciated

I cannot pair up after unpairing. Before that it stopped syncing.

Uninstalled and reInstalled at least twice. Still no go.

It first stopped syncing after installing an update.

Restarted blue tooth.

Guess factory reset is next..

Is there any direct response/solution for this problem..

I am having the same problem with my Flex 2.  It was no longer syncing with my Samsung Grand Prime Android phone, my Samsung Tab A tablet or my HP Win 10 laptop.  I've tried everything including rebooting all devices, turning Bluetooth off and back on and now I've deleted my Flex 2 from my Fitbit account and it can no longer be paired with any of my devices.

I think that with so many of us having the same issue this goes beyond just coincidence.

Any answers on this issue.  I am also experiencing the same. I have a Samsung Note 4.

I'm on the verge of deleting and starting again but really don't wish to.

Go to Bluetooth forget the device than set up new device (in the fibit app) should work now ^^

I see Samsung Note 4 Android phone. I ended up deleting the mobile app. Then turned Bluetooth off. Went to Play Store reloaded the app and signed in. It said to connect Bluetooth which I did. Sync successful. Note it still remembered my info.

Go to Bluetooth there u see all devices to which u haver ever connect now click at the charge and there will be a button with forget press it and now set up you device in the Fibit app. (Which asks u to turn on Bluetooth ...)

This didn't work for me.

Flex 2 unpaired so when I go to Bluetooth it doesn't appear. Your solution didn't work for me. I even deleted app and started again and it won't let me use my email because someone else has it - that someone is me.

That's exactly what I went through to sync mine to my phone the first time...and I do hope I need not repeat it. Smiley Happy

You don't need to re-open your account. Instead, use the choice of logging in to your account.

I'm having the same issue with my versa lite and pixel 3xl

I have had the same problem. I tried the usuals (on & off Bluetooth, force stopped app, reinstalled app, restarted versa etc) but what worked was restarting my phone. I restarted my phone twice last night too, it didn't work then. but today I did some other things before restarting the phone. I turned off Battery Saver mode on my phone (LG G5). I also doubted the Wi-Fi signal strength so to make a strong Wi-Fi signal I set up a Wi-Fi on my laptop and kept all 3 (laptop, phone, versa) near each other. But what ultimately worked was restarting my phone after all these. Honestly I would have returned my Versa if I could but my mum got me it from a duty free shop in another country. It doesn't do much for me but it has driven me crazy since day before yesterday!

No I never solved it but then it started syncing sporadically without appearing to be paired.  That went on for a couple of months but would go days without syncing, then suddenly sync. Drove me crazy too. Then a few weeks ago my Charge 3 lost pixels on the display and after troubke-shooting with Fitbit support, they sent me a replacement.   It paired with my phone and all seems well now.I would advise calling Fitbit customer support....or chat.  Sent from my Bell Samsung device over Canada's largest network.
