I bought my flex 2 about a month ago, and it was all working great until yesterday. When it started Failing to sync and update stats. From reading advice, I tried turning my phone off and restarting, reinstalling the fitbit app, turning off Bluetooth. None of which worked.
My device now seems to be unpaired from the phone (Samsung j5) and will not find to pair up again. Any help would be much appreciated

Hit
I messaged fitbit uk and they opened a case in the usa. They messaged me and basically said as it is out of warranty, as per their policy, all they could offer me was a 35 per cent discount against a new flex. I asked them what exactly was the issue and I was given a scant reply along the lines of if I wanted a fitbit that worked, then by another one.I told them that if it wont work with my n tracker which worked perfectly well before the last update, then why would it suddenly work with a brand new one sold by them. I suggested it is almost like a marketing ploy to get you to buy another product and they said basically that was my option. What a useless helpcentrethey have turned out to be. I have since bought a new fitbit flex knowing that if I cant pair it either on my laptop of my phone, which they confirmed as being an approved model, then I can return it under distance selling regulations.
I have as a last resort deleted the last update on my laptop but it still refuses to pair. I should have known better when my Blaze circuit board fried a matter of a week or so after the warranty ran out. I am more incensed by their dismissive attitude and sort it out yourself stance taken by such a huge corporate company, but then since when did the little people matter.
I keep trying periodically but i cant get it to show up as a device in my bluetooth list and I am not computer literate enough to deal with their questions about operating systems and how to sort bluetooth out on my phone.. I dont know if the bluetooth dongle I am using on my laptop is the right one, as there were two knocking about and I don't know how to check that....Thanks for trying again, I think however I am a lost cause lol
cheers

Un-pairing a Fitbit is when the tracker is removed from the phones Bluetooth. The user will not be able to pair the tracker but should be able to sync by opening the Fitbit app.
Removing the tracker from the Fitbit app, which is the worse thing a user could do, still requires the user to unpaid the tracker before the tracker can be set up.
I would also check the tips for a sync issue, since removing a tracker from the Fitbit account will never ever fix a sync problem.

@Scoobydoo2 what problem are you having?
Is the tracker still connected to your fitbit account?
Does the tracker sync?
Do you get notifications?
Any error messages?
Do you get a message to use an app?
