Vibrating and pink light flashing on my fitbit flex2

I've been unwell with the flu, during this time my fitbit has been vibrating and a pink light flashing, is it possible it could be alerting me to something regarding my health.
Also during this time I've been sleeping up to 16 hours a day but only logs the time I'm actually in bed at night.

@Micksmum79 Thanks for joining us! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with your Flex 2 flashing its lights and not detecting your sleep correctly. Regarding the lights they aren't a health notification since the device doesn't have any feature like this. I suggest you restart your device and see how it behaves. To know more about what each color means you can check the Flex 2 manual.

Regarding the sleep detection, your device will start recording sleep after it detects an hour of inactivity. If you have a light sleep or move too much then this may difficult your sleep detection. Additionally you can try wearing your device on your non dominant hand to decrease the amount of movement it is subjected to. Finally you can restart your device. You can also manually log your sleep time. You can read more about sleep detection here.

Let me know how it goes.
