Went all wonky ... now it won’t charge?

Plugged my Fitbit into charge - and it went a little nutty - constantly vibrating - all the lights going off in weird orders. Now it looks like it’s charging ... but it never gets farther than the first dot? I have cleaned the charger ... tried to reset ... and ordered other chargers. And I have tried every **ahem** USB port in my house? It still says 0% battery in my app. And it appears to be charging ... but nothing more than the first light blinks? And ideas?

Hi @EBethBluto Try restarting your Tracker several times, but if that doesn't help then it sounds like it is dying unfortunately.

And it’s also weird - because the App continues to remind me to sync. And every time I sync ... it works! It just says 0% battery. Why would it want me to sync to a busted charger? I think I am going to wear it tomorrow just to see if it’s lying to me about the battery?
