I would like to reset my flex 2 because I’m observing some sync issues, but worried about my activity information that was captured until that or on that day.
I could do it the following day as a fresh start but would like to know how the reset is going to work.
Did any one observed that before?

Hi @srk123 a restart of your device won't hurt anything, as it's similar to rebooting a computer or smartphone. I restart mine each time I recharge it.

Hey, thank you for your reply. I’m not worried about restart because I have been doing it. But my question is in particular about resetting / factory reset the device.

@srk123 You can only restart (reboot) your Flex 2. It doesn't have a factory reset option like other devices. You don't lose data when you restart it. A factory reset clears all the data. But this is not an option for a Flex 2.
