Does anyone know what type this is? I just received and don't know how to sync... Please help.

Hi @chatty, due to the recent events, I apologize for the delayed response. However, let me welcome you to our Fitbit Community.

 

Regarding your inquiry, the Fitbit device you included in the pictures is a Fitbit Flex. Please check out its features and extra information about the tracker in this manual. In order to set it up, follow the steps listed in this help article.
