Where can I buy the little metal clasp for the Flex 2??  I see that you no longer sell it!!  I bought extra bands and don't like to have to keep removing it from one to use in the other---I'm sure eventually that will wear out the bands!

I don't know about the clasp, but Amazon has many third-party bands for all Fitbit trackers in wide variety of colors, materials, styles at very reasonable prices, of course no Fitbit warranty on third-party items.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Hey @Onnibay, let me give you a warm welcome to the Community! At the online Fitbit store, you can only find Flex 2 wristbands and charging cable. However, you can take a look at our retailers at this link www.fitbit.com/retailers, you might find it, as @JohnnyRow said, since Amazon is one of those retailers.

Let me know if you have further questions!

You are more than welcome @Onnibay! Yes, take a look at some Fitbit accessories, just keep in mind that those aren't covered by Fitbit warranty. If you have further questions, let me know!

I'll be around!

I wasn't able to find the metal clasps for the Flex 2 but I did find bands on Amazon and they had what I think are plastic or polyester-type clasps that look the same but not metal.  So I ordered some of them and will see how they work.  Thank you for your help.

Thanks for the update @Onnibay! Sounds great that you found alternative Flex 2 clasps. 😉

I'm posting this info to save others the trouble of buying the third party bands and clasps.

The big multi color packs of bands for Fitbit Flex 2 aren't as nice or soft as the originals. This is why I sent them back to Amazon. The clasps they sell work well in their own bands, but don't fit in the original bands. You can install them with some extra force, but they're too fat in the pins to use them to put on the band.

Not sure that is helpful without more specifics.  I just looked on Amazon and see many multi-colored packs of bands.

Hi,

Would it be possible to share the flex 2 clasps amazon link as I bought some extra bands and need to additonal clasps for them.

It has been awhile ( like MONTHS) since I bought clasps on Amazon.  I'm not sure they have them any longer!!  I haven't looked for them any longer since I bought only what I needed.  The Fitbit I have is one that I don't even think they make any longer, so probably not selling the "replacement parts" for them!  Sorry.

I just checked--it was actually Feb. 2019 when I found the fitbit bands and clasps on Amazon, so I kind of doubt they have them for sale any longer!

Did you get my reply? I said it was over two years ago when I bought the clasps for the Fitbit. It was hard to find and I think it’s because the Flex 2 is being phased out—and probably isn’t even in stores any longer! Sorry!
