Where is the Gear icon on the dashboard

I cannot find the gear button on the dashboard for my Fitbit. It is supposed to be in the top right- hand corner. The only icon I can see there is the'+' icon. I want the find 'settings' for my dashboard. Would appreciate some help

@stanmcd go to www.fitbit.com on a web browser on your computer or mobile device. If you are not logged in then do so via the "log in" option at the top right.

 

Once you are logged in and at fitbit.com then the gear icon will be at the top right.

Seriously, you need a computer to access gear icon!!!... what about those of us who only have a phone... Can this be rectified?
